ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï is accepting applications from now through Sept. 19 for student ambassadors for the 2019-2020 academic year.

The ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Ambassadors program is a leadership opportunity for students who are dedicated to serving and representing ºÚÁϳԹÏ.

What is a ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Ambassador?

ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Ambassadors are a select a group of dedicated student leaders who give service in the fall and spring semesters to the college and surrounding communities. Ambassadors are also liaisons between faculty, staff, students and the community.

ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Ambassadors support, promote and represent ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï through volunteerism at campus and community events, such as campus tours, student activities, recruiting events, banquets, galas and meetings. ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Ambassadors may be asked to appear in college promotional materials, commercials and videos.

What does a student ambassador receive?

  • Stipend of $100 per month for the months of August, September, October, November, February, March, April and May
  • Official ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï attire to wear when representing ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï as an ambassador

The deadline to submit references and applications is Thursday, Sept. 19, at 5 p.m. in person to the Office of Student Activities, Cheney Student Center Room 110, or via email to cparra@gc.edu.
